Short web seminar presentation about the automation of the ProteinSimple Jess setup steps, that can be used for the analysis of PROTAC assays. The demonstration will show how the CyBio FeliX from Analytik Jena can be used to prepare samples and to set up the Jess plate to make it ready-to-use for the capillary Western blot analysis. During setup, the CyBio Felix adapts to different grids – 24 and 96-well format, and to the special 25-lane dimension of the Jess plate.
